Had the privilege of conducting a “When You Can Use Force” Workshop at the American Legion in Seymour Indiana this past Saturday. Just wanted to share the terrific email Trish sent out to her tribe after the event. If you have a group you’d like to pull together and learn about Legal Use of Force, Constitutional Carry, Should I Shoot?, Developing a Home and Personal Protection Plan, just reach out to me and we’ll get it set up!! Stay sharp and stay safe. JMA.
Dear Friends,
As someone deeply committed to the safety and well-being of our community, I want to take a moment to highlight the important work being done by Jim Anthony from Delta Defense. Jim recently hosted an incredible “Should I Shoot?” class, and I believe it is essential training for anyone interested in responsible self-defense and firearm safety.
The class focuses on more than just the technical aspects of gun ownership. It provides critical training on understanding when and how to act in a self-defense situation, emphasizing safety, the importance of reasonable force, and the legal consequences that can follow. These are the kinds of decisions that can’t be left to guesswork—they require knowledge, preparation, and a commitment to acting responsibly.
Gun safety is a priority for me, and I am proud to support initiatives like Jim’s, which give people the tools to make informed, life-saving decisions. His class is an invaluable resource, especially in a time when the safety of our families and our communities is at the forefront of our minds.
If you’re interested in learning more about how to protect yourself and your loved ones, I encourage you to visit myirgo.com for more information about Jim’s presentations and classes. Let’s continue working together to promote safety and responsibility in our community.
Thank you for your dedication to making Indiana a safer place for all of us.
Sincerely,
Trish Whitcomb
