Level I Introduction to Firearms – Parabellum
May 20 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm$75.00
Our first level of training is geared for the new shooter that has never fired a gun but would like to explore the world of firearms. Ladies Guided Shoot and Introduction to Firearms feature the same curriculum, one is co-educational and the other is not. In these courses the client will receive instruction on safe gun-handling, safe storage, suitable guns for self-defense, and fundamentals of marksmanship. It does not matter if the new shooter wants to learn to carry a gun, have a gun for home defense or start a new hobby this class is the place to begin. It is best to take this class prior to buying your first handgun. The class provides everything that the client will need for one price. Just show up and learn, shoot and have fun. If you already have a handgun, bring it to class unloaded and shoot it after shooting the class guns. If you have questions about pistols and pistol shooting, bring them to the class, our instructors will be glad to answer them.
After learning the basics in a classroom setting with non-firing training firearms, the class will move to the range and shoot .22 caliber pistols. We start with .22 caliber so that good trigger control can be practiced without excessive noise and recoil. The use of the pistol, ammo, target, eye and ear protection is all included in the price of the class. This is the best introductory class in the state.
